ACCOMMODATION CENTRES
 
Can I stay at one of the international accommodation centres in Paris?
|
The Maurice Ravel and Kellermann centres are open to everyone, whether part of a group or a private individual, without any special conditions. You can make a reservation throughout the year even until the day of arrival depending on availability.
|
 
Is there a minimum stay?
|
Our centres mainly cater for short stays. Just ask us if you have any special requirements.
|
 
How can the centres be reached?
The centres are based in Paris and can be reached by public transport (by underground, bus, tram). If you are coming by car, the centre Kellermann has a free unguarded car park. For all information involving access, see the heading HOW TO FIND US on our website.

STAYING AT THE CENTRE
 
What methods of payment are available?
|
You can pay for your stay by bank cheque, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Chèques-Vacances (holiday vouchers) or in cash. Credit card payments can be made by telephone or via our secure website, heading SECURE PAYMENT.

When should I arrive?
|
You can arrive at reception every day between 7.30 - 1.30 am (Centre Maurice Ravel) and 7.00 - 1.30 am (Centre Kellermann), stating your reservation number and showing proof of identity. You will be given your room key by our team.
|
 
Do I take my room key with me during my stay?
You should leave your key every time you go out and collect it again on your return. This avoids losing keys and allows our cleaning service to enter your room.
|
 
How often are rooms cleaned?
|
Rooms are cleaned every day and linen ( bath towels) changed every two days.
|
 
How can I make a reservation?
To make a reservation, contact us by e-mail via reservation@cisp.fr or call our reservations centre during the following hours: From Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm - Tel: +33.(0)1.43.58.96.00 - Fax: +33.(0)1.43.58.95.14. For last-minute reservations and when calling out of the above hours, you can contact us on +33.(0)1.44.75.60.00.

When do I need to pay the outstanding balance on my stay?
|
The balance on your stay is payable one month before the start date. If you make a reservation less than thirty days before the start date, the entire sum for your stay will be due on reservation.
|
ROOM FACILITIES
 
When can I start to use the room I have reserved?
|
Rooms are available from 2.00 pm at the centre Maurice Ravel and from 12 noon at the centre Kellermann.
|
 
Do I need to bring towels/toiletries?
|
In every room you will find a hand towel as well as toiletries (soap and shampoo).
|
 
Do rooms have a television?
|
No, but there is a TV room near the lobby.
|
 
Do I need to bring bed linen?
|
We supply a pair of sheets and a duvet for every bed.
|
OPENING HOURS
 
What are the opening hours?
|
We are open every day from 7.30 to 1.30 am. At night the centres are in the charge of a night porter.
|
 
When do I have to leave my room on the day of departure?
|
Rooms have to be vacated by 9.30 am.
|
 
If l return late one night, will the centre be open?
|
As long as this is not your first night, you can always tell reception so the night porter can let you in at a specific time.
|
 
What it the latest possible time of arrival?
Although reception is open until 1.30 in the morning, we advise notifying the centre if you are going to arrive late. Call +33. (0)1.44.75.60.00 for the centre Maurice Ravel and +33.(0)1.44.16.37.38 for the centre Kellermann.

CATERING
 
Do I have to pay extra for breakfast?
|
Breakfast is always included in the price of your accommodation.
It is provided as a self-service buffet.
|
 
What are the opening hours of the self-service restaurant?
Maurice Ravel Breakfast: 7.30 - 9.30 am Lunch: 12.00 - 1.30 pm Dinner: 7.00 - 8.30 pm
Kellermann Breakfast: 7.00 - 9.30 am Lunch: 12.00 - 1.30 pm Dinner: 6.30 - 8.30 pm

Do I need to reserve meals in advance?
|
This is only necessary if you are a group (more than 15 persons).
|
 
What is half-board?
|
Half-board is an option including accommodation and breakfast as well as a fixed rate for a meal (lunch or dinner) for the same number of nights that you are staying.
|
SERVICES
 
Can I leave my luggage there?
|
A luggage room is available at each centre on the day of your arrival / departure. This service is free.
|
 
What means of communication are available at the centres?
|
In the lobby of each centre you can find phone boxes and Internet WiFi access.
|
 
Can I be contacted during my stay?
|
Anyone wanting to reach you in your room can contact reception every day between 7.30 -1.30 am at the centre Kellermann on +33.(0)1.44.16.37.38 and between 7.00 -1.30 am at the centre Ravel on +33.(0)1.43.75.60.04. It is not possible to make outside calls from the telephone in your room.

Do I have Internet access during my stay?
|
You will find WiFi hotspots (free of charge) in the lobby of every centre.
|
CHILDREN
 
Is there a minimum age for children?
|
For security reasons children under the age of three are not allowed to stay in both center.
|
 
Is there a special rate for children?
|
We do not offer a special rate for children.
|
PRICES
 
Is there any difference in price depending on the reservation time / method?
|
All prices are identical however you contact us to make a reservation and whether your booking is last minute or several months in advance.
|
 
What is the cheapest rate?
Rates depend on the number of beds in a room. Rooms with 8 beds are cheapest. For individuals, these rooms are available one week in advance, with groups taking priority.
|
 
Do I need to pay tourist tax?
|
The tax is included in our room rates. There is an extra fee of 1.55 € per person, If you only stay for one night.
|
CANCELLATION
 
Something has come up - how do I cancel?

We will apply our general terms and conditions of sale and may make a refund.

PETS
 
Are pets accepted?
|
Our four-legged friends are not admitted according to the regulations.
