| 1 - CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION
The prices and rates for services offered by the Centres Internationaux de Séjour de Paris Maurice RAVEL and KELLERMANN shall be applicable in all cases.
By reserving a service you shall be deemed to have accepted the present General Terms and Conditions.
A copy of the rules of the house rules will be enclosed with the confirmation of registration. Participants and group leaders confirm that they are informed about the rights and obligations of each party.
2 - PRICES
Our prices are rates given in euros including all taxes, applicable per night and per person for overnight accommodation and catering, and per service where function rooms or equipment are hired.
In the case of flat-rate (package) prices, prices shall apply to all services reserved. Such prices cannot be broken down.
Prices confirmed by an agreement in principle shall be fixed for a period of 3 months from the date of dispatch but may be amended without prior notice in the event of any change in tax rates or the prices of third-party services.
3 - TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is imposed by the City of Paris and is included in all prices shown in the brochure.
4 - CONDITIONS OF OCCUPATION
Rooms will be made available on the first day of your stay at 4.30 pm and must be vacated on the day of departure by 9.30 am, whatever meals you have reserved on the first and final day of your stay. Failure to vacate rooms by the above time will result in an extra day's stay being charged.
Under no circumstances shall clients be permitted to bring food or beverages with them into the Centres Internationaux de Séjour de Paris Maurice RAVEL and KELLERMANN.
5- TERMS OF PAYMENT
Invoices shall be issued in euros and must be likewise paid in euros. The Centres Internationaux de Séjour de Paris Maurice RAVEL and KELLERMANN shall not accept any charges for foreign exchange or transfer of monies.
Where the deadline for payment of the final invoice is exceeded, the Centres Internationaux de Séjour de Paris Maurice RAVEL and KELLERMANN reserve the right to charge interest on late payments at a rate of 1.5% per month.
The Centres Internationaux de Séjour de Paris Maurice RAVEL and KELLERMANN reserve the right to cancel all reservations in the event of failure to effect payment according to the payment schedule laid down in our special terms and conditions given below.
6- INSURANCE
The Centres Internationaux de Séjour de Paris Maurice RAVEL and KELLERMANN cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage to equipment left at the centres by the client, except in the case of burglary.
7 - PETS
Pets are not permitted in our centres according to the regulations.
8 - FORCE MAJEURE
Where one or all services are cancelled by the Centres Internationaux de Séjour de Paris Maurice RAVEL or KELLERMANN due to an instance of force majeure, it is guaranteed that all payments effected will be refunded in full.
9 - COMPLAINTS
All complaints must be addressed to the registered office of La Ligue de l'Enseignement, 21, rue Saint Fargeau, BP313, 75989 PARIS cedex 20, by recorded delivery with return receipt within 30 days after the end of your stay or discovery of the circumstance.
10 - JURISDICTION
In the event of any dispute, the parties shall elect domicile at their registered office. French law alone shall be applicable, and the jurisdiction shall derive from the registered office of the La Ligue de l’Enseignement.
11 - DECREE 94.490
The parties signing the present contractual agreement for the sale of the above services agree by mutual consent that said contract complies with the provisions of the decree 94.490 dated 15 June 1994 in application of article 31 of the law 92.645 dated 13 July 1992 specifying the conditions for the performance of activities relating to the organisation and sale of travel or holidays.
They therefore hereby declare that they are fully aware of their reciprocal rights of information relating to the present contract and waive all rights of recourse to this end.
